Noel Ortiz Jr. is a Navy veteran, business educator, and strategic consultant dedicated to helping small and midsize businesses scale with clarity and confidence. As founder of Ortiz Nexus Consulting, he blends operational leadership, instructional design, and community advocacy to close digital skill gaps and build resilient, growth-ready teams.

 

His foundation in discipline and systems thinking was forged in the U.S. Navy and refined through teaching business and technology courses at Imperial Valley College and Southwestern Community College. These include:

• Principles of Management – leading teams and scaling operations

• Supply Chain Logistics Technology – optimizing systems for efficiency

These courses reflect the same modular, scenario-based approach Noel brings to consulting—whether implementing AI automation, transitioning to Dynamics 365, or upskilling teams in Microsoft tools through bilingual instruction.

 

Noel also served as a Board Director with the Brawley Chamber of Commerce for 1.5 years, championing local economic development and small business advocacy. This experience deepened his commitment to community-centered growth and inclusive leadership.
