At Ortiz Nexus Consulting, we strive to deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven services that meet the needs of our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for consulting services, training programs, and digital offerings.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made at least 48 hours before a scheduled live session

  • Technical issues that prevent access to a digital product or training module

  • Duplicate payments or billing errors

Requests must be submitted in writing to ortiznexusconsulting@outlook.com within 7 days of the original transaction.

 
Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed consulting sessions or training events

  • Customized materials, templates, or dashboards

  • Digital downloads once accessed

  • Add-on services such as post-training coaching or AI integration

 
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
